R.S. Farms is a second- generation farm. We pride ourselves in raising quality herbs, spices, flowers, but most importantly our animals. R.S. Farms started back in 2013 when the founder Rachael Sheeder came home from the Vet Tech Institute and wanted to Raise Pygmy Goats. We were the first in the small county of Blair to expand our herd and have National Pygmy Goat Association (NPGA) Registered Goats. In 2019 having our daughter Remi made it a bit difficult to give everyone the attention they deserved, and Remis's father was not much help as he was in and out of jail for Drugs the difficult decision to rehome the remaining goats was made. In winter of 2025 little Remi told her mom that her goal was to become a business owner by the age of 7 mom had the wonderful idea of passing down the farm and traditions on this farm to Remington. So, this was how and why R.S. Farms was rekindled all because of a child’s dream. By supporting our Farm, you are supporting a young child continue with traditional ways along with her many dreams.
